Section 01
Appointments
Please review our appointment policies carefully before booking.
No Appointment Without a Deposit
All appointments require a deposit to be confirmed. Your slot is not secured without a deposit.
Walk-Ins Welcome
Walk-ins are welcomed based on stylist availability. However, online appointments are prioritized over walk-in clients.
Prices Subject to Change
All prices are subject to change. Your stylist will confirm the final price before beginning your service.
Section 02
Deposit Policy
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve your stylist's time.
25% Deposit Required
A 25% deposit is required for every appointment. This amount is applied toward your total service cost.
Remainder Due on Appointment Day
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Please come prepared with your payment method of choice.

Late Arrivals
Timely arrival is crucial. Please plan ahead to ensure you arrive on time for your appointment.
20-Minute Grace Period
There is a 20-minute grace period. After that time, there will be a $25.00 late fee applied to your service.
30+ Minutes Late — Appointment Cancelled
After 30 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Important
Please provide at least 48 hours notice to cancel and/or to reschedule your appointment. If not, your full deposit amount will be forfeited.

Please Prepare for Appointment
To ensure the best experience for you and our stylists, please follow these preparation guidelines before your appointment.
Arrive with Clean Hair — $65 Extra Charge If Not
Arrive with your hair washed, detangled, and blow-dried thoroughly if you didn't book for that service. A charge of $65 extra is applied when your hair is not clean.
No Additional Guests
No additional guests including children are allowed on the day of your appointment, unless the appointment is for a child under 12 yrs or someone with special care needs.
Short Hair — Consultation Required
You need to come in for a consultation if your hair is short (less than 4 inches) to ensure that we will be able to service you. In the event that you schedule an appointment and we are unable to grip it, your deposit will be forfeited.
Braiding Takes Time — Plan for 5+ Hours
Braiding takes time. Be advised that clients may stay 5+ hours (especially with any human hair braids). We need an ample amount of time to prep your hair and to give you the best quality of service. Please do not rush any braider.
Custom Mix Color — Add-On Service
Custom mix color of hair is an add-on service that ranges from $35 to $75 depending on how many colors of hair you desire to use.
Allergies — Waiver Required
We understand that some people have allergies to certain products. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any allergy to hair and/or hair products we use at the salon. If you have an allergy to any synthetic hair and/or hair products, it's your responsibility to let us know before we start your hair. Please fill our waiver form at the front desk when you arrive.
